Each member in the company shall participate and endeavor the improvement continuously to pursue the Zero Defect in each operational segment.  RC ensures its system is operating effectively under the international standard to minimize the potential risk of safety to the employees, users and hazards to the applied environment. 

The strong support to our customer, ‘’The Free Pass’’ has been awarded to us from the established group in Europe.  The Free Pass enables our quality machine parts to be sent straight away to the production without any quality checking gate. Proven, our quality policy has been fully implemented to our practice in order to fullfilled our customers requirement.

Quality Management

RC has been certified with ISO 9001 since 2009 and with ISO 13485, Medical Device Quality Management System in August 2015 by KGS Certification Sdn. Bhd., an Accreditated Certification Body by Standards Malaysia .

As an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified company, RC has experienced firsthand on just how beneficial the certification can be in keeping both our customers and ourselves on track in achieving business success within the industry.

We strongly believe that our decision to become an ISO 13485 certified company is a proactive one that not only anticipates the demands of our customers, but also demonstrates our commitment to provide the best quality services to all our customers in the medical industry.

Quality Control (QC)

Being a quality driven service provider, RC has invested much in the state-of-art quality inspection tools and equipment. All Quality Inspectors in RC are well trained and updated to continuously meet the standards and requirement of all OEM customers.
